“Back in April I started making payments for the legacy leadership academy!!! I paid $500 and ran into some financial trouble/had my account hacked, had a baby & was/am going through a divorce. I had to shut my account down and the payments since then have been declined! I tried yesterday to login to try to start with the courses I paid for and they were not there. I submitted a support ticket to which Bobs support team replied that since my card was declining my account is inactive and I cannot access the courses that I PAID FOR and I “was sent numerous emails warning me of this” and if I choose to start again I have to start over and basically lose the $500 I already paid!!! Terrible customer service and I was so looking forward to the course based on my recent life circumstances, I really could use the money or courses to help my business!!! “Love, serve, grow” is the wrong motto for this company!”
