Who’s missing from Broadway?
I was frustrated that the episode on Broadway failed to discuss the contributions of Jewish and gay artists. It was great to have the lens of black artists’ contributions magnified, but the nuance window would have done well to acknowledge and analyse how the contributions of other marginalised voices is out of proportion in the form of the Broadway Musical. The Yiddish Theatre, Klezmer and Camp are all significant elements that went unmentioned.

More reviews of You're Dead to Me
Great range of topics and very interesting guests. Really enjoyed the format of one expert and one comedian each week to keep things informative and humourous. Sadly worked through all the episodes far too quickly as I was enjoying them, so hopefully more in the pipeline.

Didn’t need it to be highbrow but seriously?

Makes history interesting with a bit of humour. I’ve already recommended it to a friend. Keep them coming.
