None Better
Last year I was diagnose with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. It's a form of cancer. Needless to stay I freaked out. I had always been a fairly high strung person, and simpy didn't know how to relax. Being a husband, father of 4 and an engineer (in fairly competitive field), there was never enough "me" time. I was in a constant state of stress. Although the doctor said stress did NOT cause my lymphoma, I personally believe it was the match that lit the fuse to the dreaded diagnosis. After 6 rounds of Chemo, my cancer is in complete remission, and I now make time for "me". This podcast has helped me tremendously learn how to relax, and (I believe) aid in my recovery process. I highly reccommend this podcsat to any and everyone. Thanks you Georgia and Rene from the bottom of my heart.Read full review »

More reviews of ZENandTECH
Have only had a chance to listen to the first couple of episodes, but so far it seems to be a good mixture of Zen techniques and techie stuff. Like anything else, you get out of it what applies to you - and you're willing to apply. But I'm liking it so far.Read full review »

Excercise is more important than people realize especially for those who are caught up in the digital age. Very informative!
