Interesting, factual, informative and up-to-date
Just listened to the ZOE Science and Nutrition podcast. I appreciate that it is clear, fact-based and consistent with the latest digestive science. The episode on food intolerances is easily understood, distinguishing an allergy from an intolerance, and it distills thousands of research reports, to help everyday people learn and make an informed decision and approach to food intolerances. Consistent with the Fiber Fueled book by gastroenterologist Dr Will Bulsiewicz, this podcast builds on the foundation of Fiber Fueled, and covers new material such as histamine intolerance. Thank you for this podcast - I consider it to be an approach that is patient-centric, and democratizes medical research for wider consumption.

As a fan of Tim and the Zoe project in general I always like his relaxed approach - points backed by study evidence where it’s clear but also honest about the inconclusive findings and individualised effects too. Never preachy just helpful in guiding choices.

As an 82-year-old male with twin daughters in their early 50s I found the podcast on the menopause absolutely fascinating. The challenge that faces me now is how to broach the subject with them and find out if they are aware of the issues so clearly described in the podcast.
