Awful
Pronouncing “junta” with a hard “j” is just one example of the lack of professionalism embodied by this podcast. The “burning sun” episode is clownish, too short and impossible to follow. If you love gory descriptions of victim’s horrific murders, amateurish summaries & analysis and enjoy listening to someone reading off a paper with the vocal skill of a grade school student reading a report out loud, this a podcast for you.

This would be a great podcast if it weren’t for the long winded tangents the host goes on. I’m all for providing context to stories, but she goes too far and it makes it difficult to follow the story of the person she is focusing on.

Hi, i think it'd would be a much better podcast if the narrator read the story much slower with proper tonation for the listener to absorb the information. It's being narrated in robotic 'speed reading' mode.Read full review »
