Jo-Anne Bragg OAM has been advocating in public interest environmental law for more than three decades. In 2022, she was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for her services to environmental law and is currently serving as the General Counsel of the Environmental Defenders Office. She is the perfect person to speak to in celebration of World Environment Day 2023, about the state of environmental law in Australia, the challenges that it is facing and where to from here.
