Coach and mentor developer, Mike Nolan, joins us to share his expertise.  In the first half of the episode, Mike shares his insights into mentorship. We speak about the difference between coaching and mentoring. We get insights into what skills a mentor needs and how to get involved with mentorship. Mike shares anecdotes and practical strategies he’s gained from years of mentorship experience to give us a better understanding of what mentorship can look like in action.  In the second half, we go in-depth on neurodiversity in football. When coaching neurodivergent players, there are additional considerations to be aware of. We explore these unique challenges and get a ton of valuable insight into how coaches can provide better support and create a safe and welcoming environment.
