Just a superficial introduction to the topic, typical ad-break writing
I listened to the first episode and half of the next two. Maybe I’m not impressed, because I already know too much about the topic. However, I find the podcast rather shallow and not very well written. The writing seems to be geared heavily towards ad-breaks with frequent rehashes of facts from just two paragraphs earlier. Often topics or persons are teased in a way that sound like ads for future episodes, e.g. people are introduced and their character traits are described beyond what could be based on the podcast so far but then subject is changed or moves on. Than in other parts it sounds like the audio book of a Wikipedia article on the subject - which I would suggest to read instead as an intro to the subject.
