I welcome Etty Yaniv to the podcast this week!  Etty lives and works in Brooklyn but is from Tel Aviv. She makes small paintings, drawings and sculptures, but also creates room-sized installations of swirling vortexes of plastic and found materials. She is the founder of Art Spiel, an online arts magazine, that interviews under-represented artists doing rigorous work and also offers reviews of exhibitions at non-profit and artist-run spaces.
