“I’ve been enjoying this pod for around 9 months now, and it has become a firm favourite. It takes some explaining to friends, as it scores highly on the ‘niche’ factor.. However, the chemistry between the lads is great, and there’s normally a decent balance between ‘Exeter City FC’ news, and the other random stuff (eg - ‘Kissing News’, Jon’s Dad’s love of Crunchie bars etc). It’s a wonderful tonic, to all the serious crap going on in the world right now, so I hope David (aka - The Goof), Alfie and Jon keep this going for a good while yet. Love Alfie’s songs, which generally rely on Jon as his muse. The Vimto Bon Bons track is nothing short of a true Summer anthem..! Jon’s enthusiasm is infectious, as is his love for the Grecians. So much so, that I have started following their games, and have just ordered a shirt (with Cole / 12 printed on the back) from the club shop. Like David, I’ve been a Man Utd fan for many years, but have come to realise that League One (and Exeter) is where it’s really at.”
