Who told Lauren Laverne she was funny?!
This show isn't a bad attempt to do a UK version of The Daily Show, and Carr, Brooker and Mitchell are fairly consistently funny. My big question is what makes Lauren Laverne think she's suddenly a stand-up comedian? She comes over as a nice sort, but has no funny bones or comedy experience whatsoever, especially when alongside professional comedians. A funny and talented stand-up like Jo Caufield would've been a much better choice as the 4th member.

Clever, to the bone comedy. this crew pull no punches, no target is safe or sacred. When the Brits do comedy well, they do it better than anyone else! this is a classic example of what political satire should have been all along.
