Not only do these professional musicians discuss the album, but they give you info about the artist and the era too. You learn so much about everything under the sun and it’s very, very funny listening. The premise is: Should this album be listened to before you die? They discuss the album then take a vote. They articulately pull songs apart, right down to the bare bones, with humour and genuine love for music. It’s a genius idea for a podcast and highly addictive. They encourage you to email them with your thoughts and recommendations. They also have some merch for sale on Amazon. This podcast should be number one in Podcasts to Listen to Before You Die (if there is such a thing).”
