1001 & ./. 2
Love the old stories. Especially when the M.C.s read from old novels written by the people who actually lived it. Hagedorn & the kid clearly love the genre. When they dig up something written by a real cowboy or Native American or settler, it’s really special & fun to listen to. Nonetheless, they’ve lately been playing reruns of old radio programs. Not what I signed up for. I love the narrators. But nobody beats Greg Bell for classic radio, plus there are lots of classic radio podcasts. This path leads nowhere. If they stick to the original format, they’ll educate the public, entertain history nerds like me, and probably dig up more classic under-read books. I will stick with 1001, but sure wish this new format would go BYE BYE!!

More reviews of 1001 Stories From the Old West
Good stories and easy to listen to. Rangering is a good one. Kevin Sikes does a great job of narrating. Has a good cadence and it makes the listener feel as if they are in the old west. Keep up the good work!
