Good Introduction to a Fascinating Period
I'm writing this review at a time when only the first four lectures are extant. These give an excellent introduction to the subject with academic depth balanced by interesting human detail. I look forward to the remaining talks. It's a slight pity that the modern-day "lessons learned" are very oriented towards the USA.

Nice informative overviews that aren't too long but paint clear pictures of who these men were. I hope we get more podcasts like this, especially from Lars, as they are a great diversion from a hectic day -- and we get to learn a thing or two at the same time.
