I may be ADHD
I didn’t realize, but I may be ADHD. Rather than explore medication with my doctor, I’ve been using these brown and green noise podcasts whilst working, and wow, my productivity is amazing. I’m not as distracted, and when my work takes me off on tangents which necessarily happen, I’m able to deal with the side tasks and go back to the main project much more easily.
