Daniel Orlandi Costume designer. After graduating Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in theater design. Daniel started his career working as assistant to Bob Mackie on the film PENNIES FROM HEAVEN as well as numerous Television specials and Mackie’s successful Couture collection. Leaving Mackie’s studio Daniel won a costume design Emmy for work on David Copperfield. He has worked with John Lee Hancock on THE ALAMO, Sandra Bullock’s Oscar winning  THE BLINDSIDE, SAVING MR BANKS, for which Daniel was nominated for both the BAFTA and CDG award, and upcoming 2016 film THE FOUNDER starring Michael Keaton. He has collaborated with Jay Roach 6 times starting with MEET THE PARENTS and includes Emmy winning GAME CHANGE, and TRUMBO. Another collaboration is next years HBO production of ALL THE WAY starring Bryan Cranston as LBJ. His other design work includes Ron Howard’s CINDERELLA MAN, DaVINCI CODE and Oscar nominated FROST/NIXON. Orlandi costumed Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor in the 60s styled DOWN WITH LOVE and Queen Latifah in LAST HOLIDAY.
