Excellent Journalism
Listened to all episodes in one night. Was an easy listen. I appreciate the work and time that was put into this story and how your work led to the freedom of this innocent man. Most people don’t think to create an alibi of being out of state when their actually guilty. This happens all too often where police, attorneys and judges don’t put in the real work and do their jobs. Police are biased and lazy and assume eye witnesses are always accurate. And judges and attorneys could care less about “some” people’s lives and their livelihood. This should’ve never happened but the American justice system is certainly UNJUST!

I really feel for Richard and his family. Dateline you did an amazing job at telling his story and uncovering the facts of this case. I pray for peace for this mans mind and the family of the victim
