It’s hard to fathom that there are so many people behind bars that are innocent. This is one of the few podcasts I’ve listened to that actually has an outcome in favor of the innocent. Life is always going to be hard for Rosario and his family. While he’s a free man, he will never truly be free of the 20 years of experience in confinement. Heartbreaking and just one of thousands of examples of how the justice system fails us, and how jurors cannot be trusted to get it right.

This story took place over many years and the reporter spent a ton of time with the family, but reduced it to less than a 2 hour podcast. I think it deserved more time.
