Well done.
It’s hard to fathom that there are so many people behind bars that are innocent. This is one of the few podcasts I’ve listened to that actually has an outcome in favor of the innocent. Life is always going to be hard for Rosario and his family. While he’s a free man, he will never truly be free of the 20 years of experience in confinement. Heartbreaking and just one of thousands of examples of how the justice system fails us, and how jurors cannot be trusted to get it right.

I enjoyed listening to this concise podcast & learning more about the unjust justice system in the U.S.

I started listening while doing dishes, then kept listening to the whole thing while I continued getting house chores done. I was hooked and couldn’t stop listening.

It’s sad to see that not all proper procedures are followed. In this case, law enforcement did not attempt to track down all evidence, including alibis. I liked the fact that they were short episodes. But, the host is bias and it clearly shows throughout the podcast.
