Dan Slepian’s search for the truth in Robert Rosario’s murder conviction is a KO punch for journalism. Slepian referenced his own thoughts while narrating the podcast. He mentioned “trying to keep an open mind” and playing the devil’s advocate while interviewing witnesses. He guards his own thoughts and opinions to avoid injecting bias in the minds of listeners or the people he interviewed. Remarkably, he may have directed law enforcement officers to the real killer. While listening to the series, I was fascinated with learning the facts of Rosario’s case, but I was equally amazed by the Slepian’s dedication, hard work and journalistic integrity. Very good job. ...I hope to see you as an anchor soon.

An amazing quest for the truth. The fact this man lost so many years of his life making memories with his family is a shocking betrayal of the justice system.

Unfortunately, it’s just repeating interviews and facts over and over in every episode. I just stopped listening.

Liked how the episodes were short. Compelling story, very emotional. Raw interviews, non-pretentious narration. Bingeable. The last episode is particularly affecting.
