Good but very evident how the poor and uneducated do not get a fair trial
The court scene is telling. The way the prosecutor was able to railroad Wint is very obvious. It is clear he did it. But it’s also clear that Wint got very little training and support in his defense. The evidence against him is very circumstantial and weak.
