Helen is the Director of Training and Resources at BCUK (Biblical Counseling United Kingdom). She is an experienced speaker, counselor, and author whose recent books include Hope in an Anxious World, Walking with Domestic Abuse Sufferers, Purity is Possible, Real Change, and Real Change for Students. She has completed CCEF’s certificate courses and holds an MA in Applied Theology. In this episode, we talk to Helen about the state of biblical counseling in the UK, what BCUK has been up to lately, and her recent book with Steve Midgley, Mental Health and Your Church.
