So grateful for Nikole Hannah-Jones’ work. Her school segregation story was so moving. She’s finally been rightfully given the resources to examine the roots of our nation’s most insidious and ubiquitous crime. She is a skilled journalist and communicator, educating the masses. I am blown away by just the first episode. My mom is mostly Dutch and to a smaller extent, Arab. We only know this because of Ancestry. She was adopted, and did not know anything about her heritage.
