As a U.S. Air Force F16 Instructor Pilot from 1988 to 1999 and a brief stint as a U.S. Airways Airline Pilot until 2001, Tom transitioned into mortgage banking in 2002, working predominantly with Fairway Independent Mortgage until his retirement in 2022. His successful turnkey real estate investments, initiated in 2007 and intensified in 2017, enabled his retirement.
