“Not a review though I do like Chuck. I don’t always agree with him but respect his knowledge. I am here to say something that I’m not hearing anywhere. We have a problem with the high cost of rent and homes. Biden is getting blamed but I think it is due to home ownership shifting from regular folks to investors because the wealthy received tax breaks from trump and needed to do something with that money so they invested in real estate. Before voting trump back in, thinking things will be better, he will give more breaks to the wealthy and the opportunity to own a home or get a decent place to rent is only going to get harder.”
