“I really want to listen to this. People talking in depth and with passion about something I am very interested in. But I can't. The audio quality is awful. It makes the experience of listening painfull- People with their mouth far too close to the microphone, audio that cuts out like the microphone isn't plugged in properly. Please, please, please guys at 1up, please invest in equipment that is somewhere near adequate enough to do your content justice. Your opinions and knowledge are industry standard but the presentation is pure amateur.”

“Almost every other high-quality video game podcast is either corny, cheesy, shallow, or owned by some biased party in the industry. These guys are funny (albeit a bit profane at times), witty, honest, and most importantly, human. Great show.”
