“I used to be a fan of The Oddcast, but I can't really bring myself to listen to them anymore. They just seem too delighted in their own cleverness, which unfortunately has become decreasingly clever in the worst 'ironic hipster' sort of way. The hosts have embraced rampant stupidity and immaturity like those annoying morning radio shows embrace the overuse of soundboard drop-ins. The straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak, was the December 13th episode; the dog-like slurping and lapping noises as one host eats and talks at the same time, on top of that irritating electronic device, was exactly what I needed to bid adieu to The Oddcast. They said it would likely get people to unsubscribe permanently and boy howdy were they right! If that's what they were setting out to do, well - mission accomplished! Congratulations.
Please understand - I'm not some stuffed shirt; yes, I'm a bit older than the 'target audience', but at 41, I doubt I'm *that* out of touch. Hell, I love listening to Shawn Elliott's antics, and he can get pretty outrageous. It is not without some regret that I write this review as I unsubscribe from The Oddcast; I used to really like their commentary and antics alike, so it's really sad to see the antics take over to this degree.”

“The 1UP network has gone to hell. At one point had the best podcasts. Now there run bye little kids that don't eve talk about games in a good way! Bring back 1UP-YOURS.. pick another podcast trust me!”
