Meet Jake Johnson. Originally from Utah, he worked on a ranch growing up, learning hard work at a young age. When his parents divorced, it took its toll on him, and he sought refuge and comfort in music. Enter into the picture his new step dad, Hugh McDonald, who just happened to be the bassist for rock legend Jon Bon Jovi, who showed his stepson a whole new world out there in the music industry.
At the age of 19, Jake moved to Nashville TN to begin pursuing his career in the music business, forming the band "Guillotine", in what is best described as "Industrial Dark Metal Music". With advice from such industry veterans as legendary manager Doc McGhee (KISS, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue), he's pursuing his career path, and discovering that knowing the business is 90% of the game.
