The Hanger is a facility designed preimarily for perfomance artists to build, program, and rehearse their concert touring systems before their tours begin. Support services for the facility will including parking, storage, catering, on-site dining, production offices, music rehearsal along with private meeting spaces, a private theater, and more. The facility will include 6 loading docks, private and secure connected artist parking, ceiling heights of 100 feet high, a 1,000,000 roof load capacity, 8,000 amps of power, along with greeen rooms and conference rooms in each of its rehearsal spaces.
