“While I hated seeing the Packers lose this game on Sunday to the giants, I loved seeing the Packers push the ball down the field this week, I know Rodgers was elite in his 20+ yard throws last week, this week I have to imagine he was not, grades aren’t available yet. Offensively this team shuts down for halves at a time: Vikings 1st half 0, Bears second half 3, Bucs second half 0, patriots first half 7, giants 2nd half 2. What does this offense need to do?
Defensively, watching this Giants defense with Martindale and his exotic blitz packages especially on third and 10 where Rodgers had to throw the ball as soon as he got the snap, why don’t more teams play like this? You’d have to think your corners can stay with a guy they are covering for 1.5 seconds and our guys have speed. Why is this Joe Barry led defense struggling so much?”
