“This podcast would be so much better if the loud and repetitive, completely unnecessary background music and sound affects were cut out. It does sound like a long promo for a story so it’s hard to get completely immersed in it because I keep waiting for it to actually start. I expect better from 20/20. Please read your reviews and fix this. True crime stories should be treated seriously and not put out with this unprofessional manner.”
