“I have learned more from listening to podcasts over the past 10 years or so than I ever did in all my years of formal school. This podcast continues that trend.
Not only is the content top notch, but it has the presence of a professionally produced podcast.
I’ve been a professional pilot for almost 20 years, but I’ve always kind of considered myself the “anti-pilot” pilot. This is my second career and I have tons of interests outside work which I devote almost all my free time to. I have always considered flying just a job, devoting little, if any time to aviation when not at work (and I try to work as little as possible).
Point being this podcast has made me realize I enjoy the topic of aviation much more than I thought I did. I do love flying an airplane and it’s a great way to make a living, but often it seems the topic of aviation takes over pilot’s lives to the point it consumes them (you know the people I’m talking about). I get none of that from this podcast. Max and Dylan seem like a couple guys you could drink a beer and hang out with while having an interesting conversation about flying, and not feel like a total aviation nerd.
Guess like many things it’s not the topic, but the manner of delivery. This podcast does a great job on both accounts.”
