So why did you choose this topic for you? You know, we've talked in the past on the Talent Report about, you know, last couple of years were attraction, attraction, attraction and everybody spinning. And now people are starting to take a look at retention and how do we hang on to the people we've got.

And, you know, one of the things that we do here at MRA- to do employee engagement surveys and do employee engagement strategies, because I mean, right now companies are really trying to get a handle on to what extent are their employees invested in the organization.

How do they know that what they're doing truly contributes to what it is? The organization as a whole is going to do? And really just trying to figure out, you know, how do we make sure they know their contributions are valued?
