Answering the hosts request for feedback; the episodes have kind of a strange flow, in particular the multi-part episodes. Personally, I’d rather have longer episodes with a full interview arc rather than the short episodes that end mid-interview. Like, if it’s a 90 minute interview, split it into two 45 minute segments that actually have a planned break in the middle (not just a spot chosen at the 45 minute mark after the fact). On other shows I follow, the episodes with planned part 1 and part 2 seem to be fully scripted with some riffing (and designed to be fully contained halves that start and end at logical points in the story arc). Other than the episode formatting, I think it’s great!”
