“This show is not for everyone…..but I love it. It is essentially an irreverent review of Vegas news, reviews and other relevant Vegasy content. I enjoy the presenters’ obvious love for Las Vegas and for anyone who shares that passion, this show really evokes the mood of the town. They even have a background track running of Casino sounds which is the kind of attention to detail that makes this show so excellent. The best episodes for me are ones where they describe their recent Vegas trip. The listener gets the vicarious reflected joy from the adventures they have (or at least the ones they can remember). The presenters are always very real with little or no attempt to mask any of their personal flaws or weaknesses. You have a sense that you are overhearing some close friends chatting about their Vegas experiences with nothing held back.
The real star of the show for me is Karen who is the wife of the show’s mastermind (Mark). She is totally unphased by Mark’s edgy banter and her ability to knock him back when he pushes it too far is wonderful. Her incredible patience and warmth shine through whenever she is on. The shows with Karen are always better than the ones without her.
If you love Vegas and are not easily offended, this show is for you.”
