A man has transformed a pergola at Kangaroo Point into a temporary home.  Former Broncos Trainer and Kangaroo Point resident, Mark 'Chopper' Burgess told Bill McDonald the man had been living there for 6 months.  "No one should have a river view rent-free and tax-free.
