Helpful in reminding one what matters most in these quarrelsome times of great material opportunity. After all, what are riches without a truly loving circle in which to enjoy them fully, sans worries?
You can definitely tune in while hiking, cleaning, driving, etc., but I highly recommend you choose a small window of your day’s time to sit down, close your eyes and focus entirely on this amazingly effective contemplative prayer. Or, if you have a home altar, to prepare it with a Church-approved incense and/or holy water sprinkling, and then begin while focusing on the imagery of your altar to aid the soul get to higher dimensions through the collaboration of mental & sensual faculties. Either way is great, since there’s much you will miss out on if you engage in other activities while tuning in to these blessed frequencies.
