I have found his message to be both inspiring and motivational, and there is no doubt this podcast has help me become a better coach and parent.
I love how he pulls from various sources, giving others credit, and adding his own creative spin to make it relatable to youth baseball. A good example of this was his rendition of the seven habits of highly effective baseball players. I’ve had long road trips and binged 8 hours of straight content and the entire time I felt engaged and like I had a front row seat to his masterclass. 200 episodes in and I still get excited to listen to new content.
Every little league across the country should have the 80/20 podcast as a go-to-reference in their library.

“Great content for youth coaches and parents. Can get a bit repetitive if you are binging on the large back catalog, but nothing that’s too bothersome. Although focused to baseball, most of the content would be applicable to other youth coaches as well.”
