“Well goodness gracious you guys molded my teenage years - I had an attic room and it was covered every inch in pop magazine cut outs of all of you. I wanted to BE Brenda! Funnily enough, well past my 90210 obsession, I ended up moving to Los Angeles and was quite the regular around all the places that 90210 made famous. Unfortunately I’d lost the obsession by then. I thought your podcast would be listening to the episodes and you walking us through it, but I’m totally getting into the format you’ve chosen.
The reason I’m writing is that OH MY GOD I remember Marianne Moore’s voice!!! It’s taken me back!! She always had and still has the same voice that is cool and unassuming and just something you want to listen to. I’ve not thought about her in years or plaid flannel shirts and combat boots.
