The missing podcast
I first discovered David in 2009 when I stumbled upon his first book, Within The Frame. If Within The Frame was for me the missing book, the book that talked about the part of the photography craft I wanted to learn (not another book about apertures and F-stops and white balances, please), A Beautiful Anarchy is for me again the missing podcast. But if David is best known by his photography, don’t be mistaken. This is a podcast about creativity and the creative process and can be applied to any creative craft. Doesn’t matter if you want to make pictures, or paint, or write or compose. We all find similar road blocks and struggles, and David not only knows first hand what those struggles are and how to unknot them but also, as an educator, knows how to communicate what he has learnt and has worked for him to overcome the daily obstacles on a creative life. Thank you David, can’t wait to see how your new podcast unfolds.
