Nothing about Mathematics. This area of knowledge was an elusive subject totally inaccessible to school leavers like myself in the late sixties and early seventies. I went onto university with the necessary maths O level. I studied the history of ideas political and social and some philosophy. Thank goodness this professor has popularised his subject. His TV series was totally engaging. I cannot admit to understanding much but it has been enlightening to have these pieces of knowledge slotted into the overall picture. A marvelous series. Thank you.”
