I find myself constantly being asked, "how are you always so happy" and the answer is always the same: self-love. I realized that self love is something so many people struggle with and I just want to give my supporters advice on how they can find themselves on their journey. I knew how crucial it was to have my mentor there for me to guide me on that path. To those who don't have that person, I just want to offer a helping hand.
