“Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia will be greatly missed. In this podcast, a glimpse of his intelligence and wisdom is seen. He was a man of scruples! He saw the Constitution of the United States as an original document written by very intelligent and wise men. It is not a “living” document which changes with the leanings of society. Society does not definitely improve with age. It is my opinion that society has changed but in the 73 years i have lived, many of the changes are not acceptable and do not conform to the Constitution.
RIP Judge Scalia! You have left a legacy and I hope that succeeding Supreme Court Judges will follow your lead to interpret the Constitution and apply their decision based on what the intentions of the writers of the Constitution purposed. I am an originalist!”
