NEW AGE FLUFF LISTEN WITH CAUTION
New Age mixed in. They follow Bethel, I realized this on Instagram. I encourage you to really look into Bethel and what they teach. Bethel goes outside the Bible. Trust me. I have respect for both ladies; but what is being espoused in the podcast is not biblically sound. I was especially alarmed when Jessica mentions she feels energy and asked a waiter if the number 6 or 9 meant anything to him. It ended up being 666. Guys. THIS IS WHAT PSYCHICS DO. (I would know because I made the grave error of visiting one.) They feel energy and ask questions and see things. Also, God is not the “spirit man.” (which is what they call Him.) Also- the minute you accept Christ you receive The Holy Spirit- you do not have to do this action separate!! I did not realize they followed Bethel - which is literally New Age mixed in. Bethel will use bible verses out of context with “...” to prove what they want to say. All I ask is you research what Bethel teaches. It’s disturbing. I would refer you to Physics of Heaven (written by leaders of Bethel) - not to take seriously; but to understand. They cherry pick verses to suit what they want to prove and it’s utter nonsense. As someone in deep grief who dabbled with New Age extensively for a period of time- that’s what is being talked about here. I can promise you. The line that made me stop listening was when Jessica mentioned we can heal ourselves and “God’s Hands are Tied” because He has given us the power to do so, and we aren’t using it. This is FALSE. This puts all of the power on us and diminishes God. Nothing cannot tie God’s hands behind his back. Ever. All I’m saying is you have to really, really know your Bible. What is being talked about here IS NEW AGE fluff mixed in and is NOT all biblically sound. I’d refer you to Dr. David Jeremiah or John Piper.

I’d been following along on social and eagerly awaiting this podcast! I just listened to the first three episodes and am in love. Such a great way to connect and gives me comfort knowing I don’t have to have all the answers with my faith.
