“I downloaded this series because I'm genuinely interested in history and banking. I just started playing the first chapter. Ten minutes into it I can't bear to listen more. Why? Because the narrative is terrible! The reader truly sounds like a computer; dull and lifeless. The pace of the reading is very slow. Every word is drawn out and read at the same slow pace in a most agonizing way. Give this a quick listen before bothering to download this series.”
