This is a fantastic podcast! I like to think of myself as a music historian and yet I have learn sooo much listening to this podcast. The liner notes are amazing. And there are actually mixes that go along with it. I am so grateful for this!

This podcast was my favourite discovery of 2020 - an engaging history that’s introduced me to so many great artists. The host also does a great job of situating familiar songs in their context, and tracing often unexpected links and connections between musicians.

Thorough, well-researched, and constantly fascinating.
