Deeply substantive discussions of artists and songs, their influences and their legacies. Each podcast episode contains numerous excerpts of recordings, which are well chosen and fascinating. This series is already a monumental accomplishment, with so much great stuff still to come.

This is an actual history of rock. It is deep. It is extraordinarily well researched. It comes from a love for the culture that made and sustained rock.
