Brilliant!
Great podcast, a lot of good content packed into one little segment. If you want to know what the items look like, search for them on google images or go to the bbc4 website before you listen!

This is very interesting. I wish that some other famous museums (Egyptian Museum in Cairo? Beijing? Lourve?) Would do something similar with their collection.Read full review »

This is one of the most fascinating and informative programmes I have ever heard broadcast. You can see the objects with your ears and feel history with your mind. My only tiny criticism is the iritatingly repetitive and unnecessary theme music.

This is a great podcast, but i don't undersatnd why there are only 30 episodes available when there are 100 objects! If someone could please tell me why this is it would be much appreciated!Read full review »
