Has it really been 10 years?
Came back to this podcast recently after an almost 10 year hiatus. Fantastic listening and fascinating stories....I really must buy the book!

An excellent programme. Well documented and narrated. It is possible to visualise the objects just by the presentation made. Short enough not to lose track of what we are dealing with. Definitely worth keeping on an iPod or iPhone.

A quick little escape from reality while on the bus. Enough information told in a way that you can imagine someone thousands of years ago carving or moulding the object. All it needs is a picture to accompany the podcast and it would be perfect!! 20 down and 80 to go - can't wait!Read full review »

I find this series compelling because it touches the cardinal points of human evolution. And does so implicitly. Thus giving the listener a tool to form an informed opinion of a common humanity, an as yet unwritten destiny. Yes.
