Great kdrama podcast
Witty, thoughtful, and conscientious, this podcast strikes a lovely balance between the desire to turn your brain off and enjoying some fluff - and doesn’t condemn doing just that - and dissecting works further and the implications that these stories can hold. I especially appreciate the hosts being mindful of the culture these works come from and discussing how they translate to international audiences while still keeping that context in mind.

Excellent analysis-goes deep beyond just a critique of the entertainment value of a show. Entertaining, smart conversation. I turn to this show both for recommendations about to watch next, as well as to help me think through some of the larger issues portrayed in the dramas. Highly recommended!

This podcast got me through the pandemic. Their analyses are ALWAYS thought provoking and sometimes hilarious. I particularly love Paroma’s insights and wit! Saya is intelligent and loves darker fare while Anisa has knowledge of the Korean language. I also adore their BTS appreciation.
