Mixed experience
I have been listening to this podcast regularly for several months and have gained some useful skills. The hosts are warm, funny, smart and pragmatic, and at first I found the podcasts empowering. However, there is an undercurrent of parent blaming that runs through the series and after a while becomes counterproductive for a parent who already recognizes their role in their child’s struggles. A clearer focus on practical skills and an acknowledgment that some anxiety-related issues are not caused solely by parents could help make this a really excellent podcast.
